Simon Klee c6b623005f web: make the docs tree an installable OpenTUI skill (#968) 
Place the skill root above src/content/docs so npx skills add
anomalyco/opentui
--skill opentui works while keeping one authored docs source. Add a
shared docs
index and validation so site navigation, skill routing, and examples
stay
aligned as the docs evolve.
