hawkgs 83da928206 fix(devtools): injector tree errors when inspecting null nodes

Due to explicit injector type checks, inspecting nodes that have type !== `environment` but at the same time are rendered in the Environment Injector tree, opening their details used to break the app. This change fixes this.

Angular DevTools UI

This module exports the Angular DevTools component. We render the DevToolsComponent within an Angular application running in Chrome or Firefox DevTools. This module of the application communicates with the Angular DevTools "backend".
