BREAKING CHANGE:

Before:

```
testComponentBuilder.createAsync(MyComponent).then(root: RootTestComponent => {
}
```

After:

```
testComponentBuilder.createAsync(MyComponent).then(fixture: ComponentFixture => {
}
```
