* fix(button): remove relative import from other scope.

* Removes invalid relative import from other scope.
* Forbidden identifiers should run against all sources when not checking a PR.
* Cleanup Forbidden identifiers script, by using ES6 arrow functions.

Fixes #967.

Continuous Integration Scripts

This directory contains scripts that are related to CI only.

`build-and-test.sh`

The main script. Setup the tests environment, build the files using the angular-cli tool and run the tests.
