Updates the template definition builder to emit the new format for the listener side of two-way bindings.

```js
// Before
listener("ngModelChange", function($event) {
  return ctx.name = $event;
});

// After
ɵɵtwoWayListener("ngModelChange", function($event) {
  ɵɵtwoWayBindingSet(ctx.name, $event) || (ctx.name = $event);
  return $event;
});
```
