Allows to provide a TestBed option to throw on unknown properties in templates:

```ts
getTestBed().initTestEnvironment(
  BrowserDynamicTestingModule,
  platformBrowserDynamicTesting(), {
    errorOnUnknownProperties: true
  }
);
```

The default value of `errorOnUnknownProperties` is `false`, so this is not a breaking change.
