Currently we've got links either pointing to google.com/design or material.io. These changes make everything consistent by pointing everything to material.io. Also fixes a couple of links that were pointing to a 404.
Add an argument to mat-elevation and mat-overridable-elevation that allows the opacities of the
elevation shadow components to be scaled proportionately. Add missing $color argument to
mat-overridable-elevation and extract default values into variables. Add documentation
for new argument.

Removes any usages of the Renderer2 from the codebase. They're no longer necessary after Angular switched to Domino which is closer to the native DOM API.
Since the switch to the `mat-` prefix, the compatibility mode is no longer necessary. These changes remove anything that was left.
BREAKING CHANGE:
The `MATERIAL_COMPATIBILITY_MODE`, `CompatibilityModule`, `NoConflictStyleCompatibilityMode`, `MatPrefixRejector`, `MdPrefixRejector` symbols have been removed.
BREAKING CHANGE: Now that the Overlay is part of the cdk rather than Angular Material directly,
the `themeClass` property has been removed. To add a class to the
overlay for theming, you can do
```ts
overlayContainer.getContainerElement().classList.add('my-theme-class');
```
Adds a note to the typography guide about the font-family having to be quoted. It seems like we can't handle this gracefull within the mixin using the built-in `is-string` function from SASS.

As mentioned in #308, if hammerjs is imported in AppModule, Universal server-side rendering will fail as hammerjs is a browser specific library using window, document... So it must be imported in browser entry point src/main.ts instead.
