* In future PRs we will remove the single ES-files and can just link to the ES bundle (as in angular/angular).
* Use template strings for diagnostic
* Since we had a lot of TSLint issues on our tooling scripts & tasks, we should run TSLint on those as well.

* Currently Angular Material supports Angular v2.2.0, but some components already use methods that are only available in `v2.3.0`.
This means that Material isn't really compatible with v2.2.0 anymore.
* Since Angular `v.2.3.0` includes a lot of good fixes (like proper metadata inheritance) we should upgrade to `v2.3.0`.

Related to #2394
* chore: update tslint
* Updates TSLint to the latest version.
* Due to some breaking changes we had to temporary disable the `no-inferrable-types` rule. Need to revisit once https://github.com/palantir/tslint/issues/2158 is addressed.
References #2175
* Use custom tslint rule
* No longer rebuilds all components when changes have been recognized in the dev-app.
* Allows us to only reload when gulp already recognized a change (no need for filtering and extra watchers)
* No longer injects CSS as the previous live-server (injecting CSS does not work for Angular 2)
* Removes the hammerjs types as a dependency to the @angular/material package (we don't have a dependency on hammerjs)
* Improves the name in the root `package.json` to show that this pkg file is just for the development (like in Angular)
* Moves hammerjs in development to the `devDependencies` because we need it always in our dev environment (same as in Angular 2)
* Moves the generated `.umd` files to the `bundles/` directory (as @angular/core)
* Uses a gulp plugin for rollup because its more clear and also allows us to easily minify & create sourcemaps in the future
* feat: make hammerjs optional
Makes HammerJS and logs a warning if it's missing, instead of crashing the app.
* Rename the MdHammerEvent interface.
* Replace the HammerJS annotations with stripped-down alternatives.
* Remove "hammerjs" from the "types" config.
* Moves the `router` and `platform-browser-dynamic` to the `devDependencies` since they're only used in tests and the demo app.
* Removes a duplicate `@types/selenium-webdriver` which probably got into the `package.json` due to a faulty merge.
* Locks down the Selenium typings version in order to prevent Selenium-related type errors.
* Adds `selenium-webdriver` to the dev dependencies, otherwise the e2e tests fail to run on a fresh install.
* test: use proper typings in e2e app
* Switches to use the typings from @types for the e2e app.
* Adds all of the necessary imports and fixes type issues.
Relates to #2025.
Fixes#1531.
* Add missing typings to slide toggle.
* Fix another typo.
* chore: minify html and css for releases
* For releases, the HTML and CSS assets will be minified before being inlined into the built JS
* Remove comments in production html
