* build: build cdk with angular from source
* Continues the long-term Bazel goal by fixing the CDK bazel build
targets. Also builds the CDK targets with Angular from source.
Follow up's will try to make serving, and testing possible.
* Build package on CI
* No longer compile with AOT compiler that generates factory files that cannot be packaged into "ng_package"
* Updates the Bazel TypeScript rules.
* Fixes a test case which doesn't match the name of the upgrade data it runs with (`css-names` --> `css-selectors`)
* Removes Bazel version check (the NodeJS rules automatically check the Bazel version based on the version of the NodeJS rules)
* Introduces support for `ng add @angular/cdk`. Note that this currently just sets up the `package.json` but is necessary because otherwise the CLI will complain about the `ng-add` schematic not being available.
* Upgrades Bazel workspace rules in favor of removing Bazel manual-copying workarounds for the schematics. This also allows us to switch over to fine-grained dependencies in a follow-up (making it consistent with angular/angular).
* Use fine grained dependencies in schematics bazel rules
This brings us to the newest version of rules_sass, which I just
released after work by Alex Eagle and Natalie Weizenbaum that switches
over to the new cannonical Dart-based compiler and aligns the rule APIs
with the ones we have inside Google.
The good thing here is that this eliminates the need to have all of the
genrules that rename the css output.
This defines a bazel rule to bundle sass partials into a single file
using the "scss-bundle" npm package. The rule definition is commented so
that it can serve as an example for creating other rules in the future.
I've also added the missing build file for badge so that its theme can
be included in the bundle.
Bumps to the latest minor version of Angular now that a compilation error, that was blocking us previously, has been resolved. Also fixes a couple of AoT errors in the demo app.
