aj-geddes 83c0502e34 fix: move prompt text to YAML frontmatter, fix prompt page rendering ...

- Fix convert_prompts_to_jekyll.py to include prompt text in YAML
  frontmatter (prompt: field) instead of file body, preventing
  double-rendering on prompt pages
- Fix prompt.html to use | escape filter so XML tags display as
  visible text in the code block rather than being interpreted as HTML
- Remove additional-content div that was causing prompt XML to render
  as unstyled text outside the copy window
- Add max-height + custom scrollbar to code block for long prompts
- Regenerate all 679 _prompts/*.md files with prompt in frontmatter
- Run Prettier on all regenerated files
- Add docs/prompts/index.md (browse page fixing 16 broken /prompts/ links)
