fix(assets): restore intended animated cover and diagrams

Swap the placeholder static SVGs for the canonical animated cover (claude-ads-cover-wide) and the four animated architecture, how-it-works, platform-coverage, and health-score diagrams from the design source. Filenames are unchanged so README references stay valid. Every SVG is self-contained: no scripts, event handlers, external requests, or remote assets. Correct the CHANGELOG entry that had described the visuals as static. Audit and full suite (506 passed) remain green.
